How a portrait day with you works

When I'm booked to take employee portraits, it usually takes place on your premises. This makes it easy for both employees and communication, and it ensures a look that fits your everyday life.

Here you get an overview of how a portrait day is typically planned and executed.

We start with a plan

Before the shoot, we agree on practical details: How many people will be photographed, what times are best and how will the images be used?

I'm happy to help set up a schedule so we avoid waiting time and everyone knows when to show up.

A quiet place - with you

I find a suitable place in the company - for example, a meeting room, a quiet hallway or a place with a similar background. I often work with natural light or with a simple portable setup.

If you have an existing visual style, I adapt to it. If not, we'll find a direction that suits your business and employees.

We see the images right away

The camera is connected to a computer screen so we can evaluate the images together as we go. This means that we can adjust small things as we go - and that we quickly find the images we need to move forward with.

This saves time and means that images rarely have to go through a long approval process afterwards.

Delivery in the formats you need

After the shoot, you'll receive the images in multiple resolutions and crops - for LinkedIn, intranet, newsletters and press.

I provide clear naming and structure so that images are easy to find and use.

A repeatable solution

If you have an ongoing need for new portraits, we can establish a fixed structure. I save the set-up and style so that new images match the visual expression from previous sessions.
