Event Photographer in Copenhagen
I create images with an eye for the situation
As an event photographer in Copenhagen, I help companies and organisations with professional photography for conferences, corporate events, and client gatherings. I document both large and small events for businesses and organisations across the public and private sectors. My overall approach is discreet and efficient, delivering images that capture the atmosphere of the day. The photos are often used for press, social media, and internal communication.
Event photographer? Experience and perspective matter
I've covered everything from large conferences and political summits to receptions and staff events. I know when to get up close and when to stay in the background.

An event photographer must master several different photographic disciplines. Portraits, reportage, group photos and everything in between. Events are never the same, but an event photographer must above all be able to capture the good moments and the stories that unfold when people meet.

What I deliver
150–250 fully edited images for full-day events
Delivery in high resolution and customized formats for various uses such as social media, print, and presentations.
Selected images can be delivered the same day, with the remainder typically available the next business day.
How does an event photographer work during the conference itself?
When a major event takes place, the schedule is often packed with parallel sessions, changing locations, and many different situations that arise along the way. My preparation starts before the event, where I familiarize myself with the day's program and key moments.
During the conference, I work discreetly and independently, following the flow, adapting to the environment, and capturing both the main presentations, atmosphere, interaction between participants, and the informal moments that often best reflect the company's culture. Selected images can be delivered the same day for social media and press, while the rest are delivered shortly after in fully edited quality.
My approach is discreet and focused. I adapt to both the schedule and the environment, and I always pay attention to what is happening beneath the surface. I document the atmosphere, presentations, dialogue, and situations without being disruptive.
Recommendation from Nour Daoud
“I work for the International Centre for Pension Management, which held an event in Copenhagen. I was a little nervous about choosing a photographer based solely on their website, without knowing or having met them. Lasse turned out to be a really good choice. He was responsive, patient, and kindly answered my many questions. We were very satisfied with both the photos, the flexibility – and especially the collaboration. I can warmly recommend him.”

Actively use the images – both internally and externally
Photos from a company event provide both value and joy. Internally, they strengthen the sense of community, and externally, they help to communicate the company's identity and culture. Many use them on LinkedIn, in presentations, or as documentation for partners and the press.

Frequently asked questions about event photography
How much does it cost to have photos taken at an event?
The price depends on the duration and complexity of the event, and how quickly the photos need to be delivered. Most assignments fall somewhere between 5,000 and 12,000 DKK – from shorter events to full-day conferences with multiple locations. I always tailor the assignment to your needs and budget, so feel free to contact me for a specific estimate.
When will we receive the pictures?
You will usually receive a small selection of photos on the same day, if you need material for social media. The rest will be delivered in the following days – fully edited and ready to use.
How do you work during the event itself?
Discreetly and independently. I document both the overall picture and the details without being intrusive – and without disrupting your program. You don't have to worry about the photos during the event.
