Employee portraits for business and organization

I photograph people in companies and organizations - both leaders and teams.

The images are used for intranet, LinkedIn, newsletters, reports and press. It all happens on your premises, without disturbing too much - and with a focus on an expression that suits both the person and the company.

The portraits can be taken against a neutral background or in the environment, depending on what suits your visual identity. Together we agree on a setup and process that takes into account both expression and time constraints.

Typical tasks

I am most often contacted when a company:

need to update the pictures of the whole team
have new employees and want to ensure consistency in the visual expression
need to use press photos in connection with an appointment or publicity
want natural portraits on location - without the use of studio or background

In many cases, we shoot in the meeting room, in production, at the desk - or wherever the light is good. If you wish, I can also make variations: standing and sitting, color and black and white, cropping for LinkedIn or for print.

How I work with employee portraits

My approach is simple and customized to your day. I don't get in the way, but am where I need to be - with an eye for light, expression and the individual.

I typically shoot with natural light or a small portable setup.

In my experience, some employees don't think it's the most fun day of the year when new portraits are taken, but I have a lot of experience in creating a calm and safe experience. It's also usually an advantage that when we use the computer to assess the images, the employee can immediately see that the lighting etc. makes them look good.

If you need advice on style, image cropping or how to organize your image bank, I'm happy to advise. I can also help you establish a set template or process so it's easy to repeat next time.

Delivery, format and structure

After the shoot, the images are delivered quickly - often the same day, at the latest within a few days.
I deliver in multiple resolutions and formats, customized:

LinkedIn profiles
Intranet and email signatures
Press and print
Square social media trims

The files are named and structured for easy archiving and use - and can be updated as your team grows.

A collaboration that works

Many of the companies I work with have had the same challenge: they needed new images - but without disturbing too much. I take that into account. I often work together with HR or communications and we agree in advance how best to go about it: who, where, when - and how it fits into your workday.

My role is to make things run smoothly - and to make sure the process goes as we agreed.
