I moved to Hvalsø in central Zealand with my family in 2020. Since then, I've taken portraits of people in the town and some of the things that make Hvalsø Hvalsø.

As a photographer and newcomer to Hvalsø, it has been natural for me to get closer to the town and some of the people I share it with through photography.

Most of the people portrayed have signed up for the project via posts on Facebook where I asked for people who wanted to participate in the project.
